Cavaliers vs Warriors Prediction
On paper this game is a no-brainer provided Stephen Curry suits up for the Warriors. The kid from Akron showed no signs of a hip issue when he went off for 37 points against the Nets so it’s possible he’s been listed as a precaution.
The Cavaliers are likely to be hurting more with their injuries. Stud rookie Evan Mobley‘s injury leaves big shoes to fill. The Rookie of the Year favorite was averaging 19.6 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2 blocks in the last five games before his injury against Boston. Jarrett Allen could also be forced to sit out another game which would leave the Cavaliers very light in the front court.
Four Warriors starters finished in double figures in their win over the Nets. Even if Curry sits out this game, the Warriors have the talent and depth to cover the spread against an injury-hit Cavaliers team.
