The UFC has been forced to remove a fight from its UFC Vegas 37: Smith vs Spann mixed martial arts event scheduled for September 18, 2021, 4:00 PM EDT.
The scheduled lightweight bout between Nikolas Motta and Cameron VanCamp has been scrapped from the fight card.
Had the fight taken place, the betting odds were in favor of Motta at -300 while VanCamp was the betting underdog at +255.
Motta most recently appeared at Contender Series 2020, taking on and defeating Joseph Lowry via Decision in a Lightweight bout. Motta went into the fight as the -190 slight favorite. The win extended his winning streak to 3 in a row.

UFC Vegas 37 will now proceed with 14 bouts. UFC is expected to announce the revised fight card shortly to make it official. This is the 4th fight to be cancelled on this card.
UFC Vegas 37 is headlined by a light heavyweight fight between Anthony Smith and Ryan Spann.
