Dan Hooker is eyeing a return to the UFC’s lightweight division – and a war with Tony Ferguson looks like his perfect idea of a coming home party.
‘The Hangman’ made as much evident yesterday when he took to social media to antagonize the veteran, seemingly hoping to challenge ‘El Cucuy’s ego.
Both men have spent little time in the win column over the prior two years, with each securing just one victory in their last five fights; and an official booking may serve as a definitive ‘crossroads’ point for these (of late) struggling contenders.
Ferguson has not yet acknowledged the callout at the time of writing.

On the 3rd of August, 2013, future two-division UFC champion, Amanda ‘The Lioness’ Nunes, made her UFC debut at UFC 163: Aldo vs Korean Zombie, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
